Dirty place, kids running around the kitchen, scared for the children safe being as the parents who were cooking were completely ignoring the kids running around into coolers etc, staff eating while preparing foods.

I asked for two kebabs with salad and chips, when I got home and looked into the food saw that they had only given me donner meat and chips with no salad. Threw all in the bin and started again elsewhere as didn’t wanna Get ill.

Going to send images to the Council to investigate the behaviours of the staff as after looking into the detail have now noticed they are only rated a 1 star for their food hygiene.

Management fix up quick as what I just witnessed was disgusting!

Terrible customer service skills, were talking about me in their language and thinking that i didn't know what they was saying but i spoke the same language as them so i knew very well what they was saying. They also Refused to let me wash my hands as well. The staff was also mocking another white male customer in their own language. Disgraceful customer service and would not recommend this place to any one as they have no respect for themselves or for their customers. Racist staff

Almost 2 hour wait for mostly cold food. Told on order 45 min. I called to ask for a realistic eta and was given abuse.

Same old story I was a regular customer a couple of times a week and I left a negative review in the past, but decided to give them another chance and the delivery driver said any problems in the future just let them know and they will correct it blah blah blah. Anyway fast forward to last wek and one piece of the chicken is pink in the middle, only one so I left it until today when I placed yet another order. After placing my order they try telling me the chicken was pink because some pieces are bigger, not that they didn't cook it long enough. After 1h20mins the order eventually arrives even though I'ts only a three minute drive. Of course it's cold so I phone and tell them I would like hot food like I even asked them for when I placed the order, I'm phoning like your driver told me to but It's up to you I can go to another chicken shop in the future if you want. No no we will be with you within 30 mins of course after another hour I phone again now this is the fourth call, to be told the re-order will be with me in 20 mins, I said keep the food I won't be ordering from you again and tell your driver I phoned like he told me to and hung up on the guy. The good thing is chicken shops in Bletchley are like banks, there's always another one around the corner.

Waited 2 hours for phone order before giving up.. and ordering elsewhere. Grubby looking place and staff. Best avoid
