From order to delivery I was kept up to date when my dress was going to arrive, it arrived within the specific times The dress fitted perfectly, padding so you didn't need to wear a bra, the bottom of the dress was also lined making it feel alot dearer than what I paid. I have never used this company before but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for a ballgown dress
I was really happy with my purchase . Just wish I’d ordered a smaller size . Ie arm length very generous but colour went well with my dress so well done on a great service all round xx

Easy to use and prompt delivery. Item exactly what I wanted
Just spent an hour to drive here and was expecting to be able to browse clothes in a shop- the location is a business warehouse next to a car wash and a few garages and if you look at their photos you will see the location! So disappointed. Lots of creepy people down there and seemed like a horror movie location- called 5 times and no answer, please don’t waste your time coming here, complete scam of an area!!!

This is the first time that I have ordered from Krisp and it was an excellent experience from ordering online to a timed delivery. The 2 evening cardigans were perfect.
