worst JD Sport ever ! I came to do xmas shopping, present for my partner. staff to busy as they were chatting. no help at all. size which was displayed on hangers no the same which is on clothes. luckily I did check clothes size otherwise I could buy wrong one! to pay long queue , just 2 team members no one bother to help them. clothes which are quite expansive lay on the floor. horrible

Basically the same thing for me as Sport Direct so my review it will be same. I shop there occasionally shoes or running stuff. Discounts are great, stuff many time is busy, but till now I can say that never rude with me and opposite they have been help me. Sometimes they do not have my size but this is not issue for me 'cos I always buy in discount to have shoes only for season. Even so they do not have my favorite brand so that ok for me. When I shopping I spend there a lot of time and I do not rush so waiting for me also not problem if occurs. For me good shop.

The worst experience in my life,I don’t think I can go to JD again,I went to that store to buy some trainers and clothes to my kids,the member of the staff was really kind and helpful until the manager come along and start shouting at him in front of me,she was so disrespectful and disgusting that made me leave without buying anything,that day still hunting me ,my kids don’t even want to pass by any JD store anymore,they were shaking when we left the store,I felt really sorry for the staff that have to deal with that woman,she shouldn’t be treating anyone like that specially in front of costumers!! JD in Walthamstow is definitely the worst JD store ,personally I won’t go there to buy anything,I refuse to be treated like that ,I hope someone do something about that manager because otherwise JD will lose a lot of costumers!!

Absolutely disgusting service I made an order on 6th of Sep expected to receive on my nephews birthday which was 30th of September after a week when I didn't receive any call or text went to the shop and spoke to the lady she was so rude and said it's got nothing to do with her it's customer service issue. Well I called customer services and they sent me a reference number to check online checked and order never excited. Called them back and they told me that the order number I'm giving is under some different name. Anyhow the lady contactd the store and my order was there from last one month and they never notified me. Diffinatly not going back to this store ever again.
