Excellent Lithuanian food! It’s been years since i last had Lithuanian food and it didn’t disappoint. I had the Cepelinai pork dumplings & ‘Pigeons’ Cabbage stuffed with pork. Both were generous in portion & delicious. I had built up quite an appetite climbing locally at Yonder. Highly recommend the place.
Overall a good experience at Krantas. The portion was big and prices were affordable. It takes some time for the food to come out we waited about 40 mins . Waitress was really niceFood: 4/5
I went there for my favourite Bulviniai blynai & it was so fresh and so delicious specially with mushrooms sauce. Also I had Borsch soup & Zemaiciu Blynai. Everything was so fresh & tasty. Staff was so nice & friendly, definitely going back again.Food: 5/5
Would not recommend going here unless you enjoy a lot of salt and fishy tastes or understand Lithuanian food. This was my first time experiencing Lithuanian food, so I ordered 3 dishes in hopes that at least 1 would be good. The fried bread and cheese were so salty and had different fishy/meaty tastes that I am positive they used the same oil for meat or fish to fry the bread. The herring made me so sick after 1 bite that I stopped eating at this point. I called the waitress over and was trying to explain my displeasure in the food, and she was so unprofessional saying that it is Lithuanian food and it is freshly prepared. It got into an argument about the food expectations, and another customer was coming over to taste the food, kick me out, or fight me. Thug Lyfe!!! In the end, I just asked for the bill and made it clear i was not paying full price since I couldn't eat the meals. Ended up with different food poisoning symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea and nausea the following day. This restaurant needs to seriously consider cross contamination and cutting back on the salt, among other things.
This place is absolutely impossible to go to. We've tried on multiple weekends to go there for lunch and every single time the place is closed for a private function later in the day. If you don't open to customers weekends, don't put it's open on your working hours!!!
Lithuanian Restaurant /Cafe-Bar. Very cozy place. Went there just before Easter. Lovely food. Service were nice. We’re a bit quiet that day even though it was Saturday but later on got packed as everyone loves Lithuanian food. You can do bookings reservations. Come and enjoy different type of food.
My boyfriend Lithuanian and myself decided to eat at krantas. Everything was cooked fresh and worth the wait. We decided to try 4 dishes and to our surprise the portions were huge and really yummy. Really good comfort food. Thanks guys
