Fantastic salon with friendly, experienced staff and a great vibe. Vegan friendly too! Melissa has been styling my hair for a few years now and she is always fantastic, knowledgeable and super lovely. Jess is wonderful too. The salon itself is very comfortable and stylish and I always come out feeling like I've had a relaxing and indulgent experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic set up, warm and welcoming salon and staff. Fabulous products! A first class service is offered from junior to senior staff. The salon, towels and gowns are always fresh and clean. If I had to give a one word review for this salon it would be "Impeccable"

I was absolutely blown away by the service I had a Koots. It feels a really different and special kind of salon with its chilled environment and friendly welcoming staff but obviously it’s about the cut of the hair too and every time I have visited they have listened to what I wanted. On top of that I can say the products are the best I have ever had for my hair. I colour regularly and I can not recommend the Divines range I have everything from shampoos to hand cream as I believe in it so much.

Amazing restyle! I've never been to a salon where I felt more comfortable, listened to and valued. It was a real treat and the salon is gorgeous. This was my first visit and I am a complete convert, can't recommend more highly. There is nowhere in Torquay like it (believe me I have been to them all....!) They also have amazing ethos and values - five stars! Thank you for my amazing restyle, I feel fab!

Melissa, Master stylist at Koots has been my hairdresser for years and I would follow her anywhere, but her new salon home is by far the best salon I've ever been to. Love the hair, the products and the atmosphere. highly recommended
