Best shoe repair I've come across in London. Incredibly friendly, fast, efficient, high-quality work, reasonably priced, lifetime guarantee. Zipper and split sole repaired perfectly on my daughter's Doc Martens. Very highly recommended. Worth the journey if you're not local.
The soles of my much worn and loved winter boots were coming off, so I took them here to be resoled. I had the choice of different styles of soles, and although repairs took a little while it was well worth it. They're very well repaired, the new soles look and feel great, and they even polished out some of the water staining that I thought wasn't going anywhere. Definitely recommend.
I read about Kokos in the FT and did some checking on line, looked at the reviews and decided to take my favourite 30 year old Tim Little shoes to be resoled, strengthen the back and make them look as close to being new again as a pair of 30 year old shoes can be. Went I went to pick them up they were a little tight but for Kokos it’s no problem. They adjusted the welt and now they are like my favourite shoes again but better. Definitely recommend Kokos for any repair. Peter

They're just the best - wonderful shop, friendly, helpful, patient and super knowledgeable staff. They do the best work. I travel to them some distance - they're worth it <3
READ THIS: BEWARE OF THIS COBBLER. Do not leave your valuable pairs here. They have damaged the leather of my expensive pair of boots and then lied not to accept it. They even don’t know why a pair should be kept in separate bags. I’m sure their acquaintances will leave many positive feedbacks to rise up their ratings but I had to comment. My advice is not to bring your valuable pairs here.
If you love your shoes, take them to Kokos'. This is probably one of the best shoe repairs and shoe makers in London. They were recommended to us by Church's and we must say, they have exceeded our expectations. Beautiful family-owned shop with lovely people. All six pairs of shoes we brought were repaired immaculately. One, 12 year old Bally, that we were planning to throw away, now looks like a brand new posh pair with a new sole. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and we will definitely go back. Thank you George!
They really love shoes up there, and they take very good care of them and of their clients as well. Exceptional craftsmanship - better than Church’s itself - and very courteous service. Both Christopher and Cristina are very competent and kind, and the added bonus is their send-a-repair service. Will be getting all my repairs from now on.
I brought in my battered shoes to fix. I am sure they saw worse shoes in their life, but I shouldn't be allowed nice things, honestly. When I came back to pick them up, I couldn't believe they were the same shoes. Fairly priced for both pairs, fantastic way to up cycle your footwear. Thank you!
Did a fantastic job in replacing my leather soles on my Barkers to Dainite soles. There was an issue which they resolved and had delivered back to me to avoid a journey. Appreciated.
