The Kohinoor has to be the best Indian in St Albans. Tucked away past the clock tower it has the friendliest staff of any restaurant I've been to who go spare no effort in making your meal a comfortable one. An insinuation in St Albans that deserves all the praise it gets.

Amazing food, very helpful polite staff. The food here is excellent. I was introduced to them by a friend and now as a group we visit often. At my recent party they supplied some of teh food which proved a very popular decision on my part. Thanks to all the staff. Highly recommended.

Eaten here for years but moved away and don't visit very often now. The best curry house around and the one where I've moved to doesn't come close. Lovely staff too. Steve.

Balti dishes are bland and oily. The staff are very friendly.
