Firstly we ordered at 5:30 (when they opened) but our food didn't arrive until 7pm and they got our order wrong. When we did eat what was delivered the food was extremely greasy and all tasted pretty much the same, even though we ordered 4 different types of dish! This is the first time we ordered from the Ko Sing and we definitely won't be doing so again, waste of money. If you want a good take away in wrexham use Indian Ocean, their food is fab!

Last night i ordered at 1820 for myself and 2 children and the earliest time for delivery was 1925 understandably for a Saturday. With 5 mins they added half hour which was annoying as this meant no one could eat untill around 2000 and at the same time i receives 3 emails saying my order was delayed by 20 mins. Assuming this was the delay thy had just imposed. I waiting until 2010 before phoning to find out what had happened to the order for them to say it was going to be another hour which then they adjisted the time. The man who answered was a little abrupt and after explaining that it wasnt acceptble waiting for nearly 3 hours for food - i had no choice to cancel the order. The restaurant cancelled the order on just eat so i was unable to leave a review. You have now lost a regular customer!
