Really pleased with my glass, came at a lower cost than I was quoted at other companies and was sent very quickly!

Sadly we were very disappointed in this company and wont be using them again. Placed my order, struggled to get hold of them to actually pay and then was told it would be with me within 10-12 working days. I had carpenters booked in so i needed a specific date, which was given to me, but sadly it was not kept to and ended up running over the 12 working days and became 15 working days before receiving my item. No gesture of goodwill by refunding the £30 delivery fee and not one apology and was just told 'its not end of the world' and 10-12 working days is just a 'rough guide'; which is great for those who don't have to pay for the carpenter to come in an additional day just because they couldn't keep within 10-12 working days. The joys of great customer service.
