read the google reviews, saw the YouTube video and decided to buy without viewing!! they would deliver the car to Watford..... I paid a deposit without even viewing the car and then balance again  without viewing  !!!!... 1st time I've done this but have to say car was much better than i thought... its immaculate.. they were totally professional in their approach and after sales.  Would definitely use them again in the future.... sooo impressed.... they need to bring their Ethos in selling cars down south!!

Easy to deal with and Jamie the salesman helped me get the car i wanted whilst working to my budget. Had the car 2 weeks now and its perfect.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff here! Went for a browse and they were more than helpful. A lot of nice top end cars!

All I can say about this business is that it is owned by a true gentleman and that I would recommend buying a car from Dave Johnson to anyone, the reason I say this is that when things needed to be sorted out on the car that I bought they were done without a quibble! It’s easy to be good in business when things go well but the test of us all is when there are problems - in my case Dave dealt with any issue honestly and fairly. Thank you Dave!

I purchased a used car from Knightsbridge Cars this month and I have to say the whole process was very professional, The car was presented very well. At the hand over a small electrical problem was identified, Jamie arranged for a colleague to collect the car from Cheshire where I live and take back to fix and returned it the same day ! I am very impressed and have purchased lots of cars in the past, many from main dealers, Knightsbridge cars of Barrow were very very good. Completely recommend.

Recently traded my Evoque for a Range Rover Westminster. Due to the distance we agreed a deal over the phone, when I arrived the car was exactly as described & ready to drive away. After a couple of days a few issues arose with the car so I contacted Matt at Knightsbridge who authorised me to take the car to a local Land Rover specialist who sorted out the problems & Matt was goo to his word & promptly reimbursed me the full cost of repairs required. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them at all. 10/10

Quite possibly the best service I've experienced in car buying. Everything went smooth with no hanging about, plates changed over rest for me to collect the car. I would personally like to thank Jamie for making it so simple, absolute pleasure to deal with. 10 out of 10.

I had my car in ‘South Lakes Car Sales’ for over a month due to them not meeting deadlines. I was given a fixed price for the repair on my car and also a date when it was going to be done. they did not stick to this at all. They did not take any care of this repair being done and I had really poor communication from them. Their attitude towards me as a customer when I did manage to get in contact with them was awful. Taking my car to them to be repaired was nothing but stressful. In the end they did not stick to the fixed price they promised and the repair was never made after weeks and weeks of poor communication. I did not receive a full refund even though I paid for it to be repaired as they promised they would be capable of carrying out the repair with the fixed price given but they were far from capable. When they explained they were not giving me a full refund I wasn’t happy with their decision and they threatened to not give me my car back. This is an extremely unprofessional business which I do not see excelling in the future at all. I would NOT advise anyone going to this garage as it left me with no car for nearly two months, my car not being repaired not even in a drivable state and me loosing a lot of money due to them not giving me a full refund because of their faults.

So basically called up the garage to enquire about a Peugeot 306 gti 6. Now the car was described as 'pristine'. In fairness the car did look good in the pictures. So upon my phone call I spoke to a chap called Jamie. Very polite chap. I organised I would be driving up the next day to have a look at the car. I arrive the next day and to my surprise the car wasn't in pristine condition. It was average. The paint work in areas had begun the typical Peugeot Lacker peel. The rear bumper was hanging off at both sides next to the wheel arch. And the driver seat was badly ripped another Peugeot problem of the time. It would of been okay if the car was advertised properly and mentioned these issues. But wasnt. So i travelled all the way from Leeds 2 hours drive to a car that was supposed to be 'investment quality.' And to find a car needing £££ to be spent.  To rub salt into the wound upon enquiry of the service history, Jamie just said 'sorry I left it at home'. Why? He knew I was coming to look at the car. Plus why was the history at his house? Also him saying that you have had the car 9 months? Why were these problems not actioned? Now he's not a bad chap Jamie as we agreed a price with some things to be addressed. But there were just too many things  needing doing on the car respray and interior repair ect the car was too over priced and not advertise properly. Was a big dissapontment as there are very few standard 306 gti6 left. Would recomend you be more 'honest' I know you sell much more expensive cars but still every car counts. The last thing I see when leaving. Sat in the car at the back of the garage I notice a young mechanic with a baseball hat driving cars in and out of the garage in a very 'boy racer manor' spinning the wheels ect. Not a good impression from a garage that sells up end cars. Sorry to be brutal but that's the impression I got.

I will keep this short stay away at all cost keep your money in your pocket and go to a reputable car dealer there are plenty in the South Lakes . Just to be Clear this is for South Lakes Car Sales not Knightsbridge
