I've been using this park since I was a child and now I take my children to play / walk there. With its play areas for small and larger children, it's stream, open areas, foot golf, tennis courts and wide pathways for walking or scooting it's the ideal place for a wonder in all weather.
Beautiful walk and lots of grassy area which is perfect for picnics and to play field sports. There is a beautiful garden area filled with lots of plants and another little garden which is shut temporarily.
A beautiful park and gardens good in winter as well in summer Picnic seats within the park. Different gardens within the park, and wooded areas. If driving there a car park is available. Enjoy a lovely ramble
Nice park for a walk. Has two children playgrounds, and an outdoor gym. Could do with a bigger car park though. Nearly always at capacity even in the winter months
WIIILD !! The ocelots and pygmy shrews were so captivating and the herd of bison was amazing. Recommended !

One of many good parks in Leicester City. Clean, relaxed environment, good balance of accessible paths and natural spaces. Sports courts and equipment always seem to be in decent condition. w/c seems functional for those that may require facilities. Good work LCC on limited resources and at difficult times.
So pleased to find the children's play area open. Wonderful time with my Grandson. Well done to all of the people who keep the whole park so clean and beautiful flower beds.
Beautiful park, well used. You can have a short walk or extend around the fields. Well looked after and clean. Love it.
