William Ward-Jones deserves the Nobel prize for services to estate agents. He dealt with the sale of our family home with respect, sincerity and patience at all times. Ours was a complex and challenging sale - not one for the faint hearted ! - and Will was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I cannot rate Samantha highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and she showed a professionalism and attention to detail which instilled a great degree of confidence. What was especially reassuring was her regular contact with us between agreeing the sale and the exchange of contracts. This is always the most stressful period of any property transaction and yet she liaised with both parties and their solicitors and ensured that everyone knew exactly what was happening at all times. We would have no hesitation about asking her to act for us again.

Samantha Holton is a breath of fresh air to the world of estate agency. Nothing was too much trouble and she was the driving force throughout the whole process. I have absolutely no doubt that without her the complicated chain would have fallen through. I haven’t met such a warm, friendly and efficient person for a long time, she is a real credit to Knight Frank. Because of the wonderful way she looked after the sale of both my Mother’s and my property I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Knight Frank to anyone who wants a company that really looks after you. Credit should also go to Norma who handled the viewings at my elderly Mother’s home. She not only made my Mother feel very relaxed and took all the worry out of her hands but also negated the need for me to be around. One of the viewers specifically asked me to pass on their high regard for Norma’s competence. Thank you both, it was really appreciated.

Samantha Holton is a superb, professional with charm and a high level of competence and the reason that Knight Frank in Stratford is so well regarded. From the very start of our relationship she offered sound advice and during the selling process continued to guide us with clarity and good sense. Highly recommend this estate agent.My contact was Will.He was honest,professional and compassionate.I believe he cares about the sellers and gaining the best posdible price for their home.I was not a buyer but believe he also he would have treated them equally.I think he achieved the rare balance of not showing a bias to either seller or buyer.He never made any detrimental comments about other estate agents.
