I selected to do business with R A Bennett in Stratford without too much consideration of the opposition. I have been extremely pleased with my choice and with all of the friendly advice given to me during the selling process. This was not totally without minor difficulties but at each stage things were dealt with calmly and very professionally I could ask for no more. The office staff deserve especial mention led by Amie. Nothing was too much trouble and all my queries were answered promptly and without fuss or bother. Well done everyone!

R A Bennett and partners have been the letting agents for our property in Stratford for about 8 years. During that time they have offered a very professional service and I can thoroughly recommend them. In mid- November this year they alerted me promptly to the fact that the tenant at that time would be leaving in early-mid December. By the end of November they had advertised the property, shown several potential tenants round and recommended a professional person who passed all the relevant credit checks. Their efficiency ensured that the new tenant was able to move in within a day of the property becoming vacant, very much a bonus for Landlords such as me who do not like to see their properties empty during a cold winter such as we are currently 'enjoying', (particularly as I live 200 miles away from Stratford-upon-Avon)! In addition, I received a very useful report from the property maintenance team (including photographs) on the current decorative state of the property and a check of the inventory. Five stars without a doubt.
