From best Chinese in Salisbury to the worst. Such a shame

We have been long standing customers of KKs - when it was owned by Charlie. Always good food & service!

Used kk for years but when ordering another meal we reported our last order for £70  was missing the seaweed we had ordered. Expecting this would be easily rectified as its only a cheap side, but we're told they could not do anything about even for a regular customer. So we have decided not to be a regular customer.

Ordered chicken chow and it was really disappointing...the chicken wasn't even fried..just chucked on. Hardly any bean sprouts just noodles..Will never purchase from them.again

Why have you started using plastic containers? The tin foil ones are recyclable. I'm so unhappy that you are increasing plastic waste

I've been using kks for 10+ years. Today was the worst.. portion sizes are alot smaller and my crispy duck had some bones remaining.. never had a problem before but today I gave up eating it after 5 bits of bone and at £9.50 for 6 pancakes, I was disappointed that the care has lacked when shredding it
