I originally spoke to Natalie who was very helpful, placed a large order for a full office fit out. Unfortunately, the delivery was supposed to take 3-4 days, in the end took 3-4 weeks. I found after-sales with Natalie was difficult, struggled to get through at times and had failed call back requests. I was then promised a discount for the delayed delivery, but that didn’t come through and my emails were ignored. I had a few issues with missing parts post delivery, Vanessa was excellent and so was Paul, issues were rectified quickly. Furniture quality was excellent too. I don’t think You should promise discounts and not see through with them, but otherwise happy with the purchase.

Very impressed with Bluespot furniture. I ordered 3 cabinets, 2 cupboards and a corner desk. It is really different to other furniture available. Love the coloured panels and quality. The furniture comes largely assembled which means it seems more sturdy than traditional flat pack. No thin backing which you get with other manufacturers. It does mean it will be heavier to move, but that was preferable for my needs. I had questions which were answered accurately before my purchase. The pieces are well protected but one piece did come damaged which sometimes happens in transit. I believe you get a better appreciation of the quality of a company when not everything goes according to plan and how the situation is recovered. For me, a replacement was provided by return with absolutely no quibble. Very happy and would not fail to recommend. Thank you

Dreadful service!! avoid at all costs. I made a mistake on an order and wanted to return an item. No one answers the phone or returns emails. Finally got response weeks later after the item was delivered and I was charged. They want 75% restocking charge to return the item. They are only interested in Money not customer service

We ordered a filling cabinet from blue spot furniture, got the dimensions wrong, our fault completely, item was not going to fit so we had to return. Be careful when ordering from blue spot as their return policy is costly, paid £250.80 and will get back 125.31 and would have been charged more if it wasn’t packaged. I don’t mind paying a return fee but handling and other fees doesn’t feel right when your within your legal rights to return. Also the cabinet was delivered on a pallet which is overkill as it was a third of its size. Won’t purchase from these guys again as a change of mind will cost ya!!

Be careful of a misleading website.  I ordered a rectangle desk Rectangular Desk with Cantilever Legs - as stared on the website, however what showed up was a tiny SQUARE desk.  I checked my order, checked their website and it definitely states RECTANGLE desk.  Now to return the desk they want £30. Be careful of their deceptive imagery and place your orders with more trustworthy companies.  NOT recommended.  Edit*  The image I selected attached was a rectangle desk & paid for.  You delivered a square desk and show just how tricky you are by stating "a square is a type of rectangle", which is laughable.  Using images for "illustrative purposes only" is the exact reason why customers should avoid your company.

The customer service with this company is dire, as I have been trying to get a refund on my product for quite some time now since the product broke. I had the product disassembled and waiting to be picked up by a courier that they booked for almost a month as they kept on saying that the courier would come the next day. It was absolutely shocking and was an absolute eyesore in my home eating up tons of space. Bear in mind, this desk failed on me after less than a year of having it. Since the desk has been picked up, I have been waiting on my refund for weeks, and not heard a peep. I try and ring them up to find out what's going on only to be told that they have no record of me on the system, and every follow up call has been cut off prematurely.  This is not on and I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone I know as this product was not good enough and the amount of hoops I had to jump through in order to still be waiting on a refund is shocking. This is now starting to seriously affect my university life as I have nowhere to work on my assignments, making me stress unnecessarily. This has now started to affect my health.  This is not good enough.

Terrible service and products - would not recommend after a series of unforgiving errors and no compensation!  - Delivery date was missed and not told after waiting in for it - They didn't send me the screws to assemble the desk - The desk arrived damaged - After resending the screws to me, they sent the wrong ones!!  Of course I understand mistakes happen but after a catalog of errors and no compensation to make amends it's been a shambles.

The desk we ordered was wrongly delivered to a neighbour.  When we carried it home by hand and unpacked it, one of the panels was damaged.  We didn't want it replaced as the desk was of such poor quality, wobbly and unstable. I said we would be willing to accept a partial refund - but we were offered only £25!  Definitely not THAT partial, and we did not accept, preferring to just write off the experience and avoid this company in future.

I bought a filing cabinet form Bluespot Furniture Ltd which had a problem and they sent a replacement straight way at no charge and were very quick. Then i managed to break the lock mechanism and I was willing to pay but they sent it next day again free of charge. i would like to say what an excellent service you get with this company am very pleased with the way they looked after me. Cant thank them enough.
