My experience with bedzonline has been very positive. Ive used them twice, two separate orders for single pocket sprung mattresses, and both arrived when they were supposed to. The mattresses were very reasonably priced and our kids have found them to be very comfortable. I had an issue with the second one and contacted customer services. Within 48 hours of me getting in touch they'd arranged collection of the wrong item and redelivered the replacement at no cost to me. I was very impressed with how they worked to rectify the order. I have to admit, I was a little worried before contacting them, having read some of the bad reviews, but I can't fault the service I received.

Placed order 28/12/17 got a text stating delivery 02/01/18 nothing turned up. Connected bedzonline got told waiting for covers, New delivery date 8/01/18 and got confirmation text. Order did not turn up till 9/01/18 but only one mattress with one pillow which pillow was in an open pack and mattress comes with 2 pillows.And mattress not one I ordered. Contacted bedzonline again. They tell me they going to see a new order out for 13/01/18, order turned up mattresses OK but only one pillow in an open pack and dirty so have to contact them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AS I WON'T BE

not recommended they didn't deliver. Delivered to the wrong address! I think the good reviews are fake. Avoid

One of the worst retail experiences I've had. Tell me my mattress is likely to be lost, I ask for a new order, get told no, I would get charged extra fees for doing so and that I need to wait several days for an investigation to be launched. I said no, I will re-order and refuse delivery if a lost one ever makes its way to me, and I won't be accepting a charge for that, quoted the consumer law to them, they then try to take £15 off the refund amount along with saying in an email "We've taken off a charge as agreed". Again, had to quote retail law to a retailer, threaten them with going to Paypal and the Ombudsman and that got them to refund me the full amount within 24 hours. Don't be bullied by these cowboys if they ever try this with you.

Ordered a mattress for next day delivery Did not arrive !! They tell me it cannot be found in the warehouse even though its sold as Amazon Best seller ????? No idea when it will arrive ???? Stay clear of this company you have been warned
