Today I attended at the customer services with an enquiry regarding a planning notice. At reception I spoke to a lady, gave my reasons for what I was trying to find out. This lady was straight away very helpful, explained the computer system to me and set the system up for me. She said if I had a problem just to get in touch with her, which I did, and she sorted it out. At all times the staff were courteous and helpful. I can only rate the service in the highest possible way and also thank them.
2 weeks and Kirklees CLOWNCIL still won't empty our bins, despite calling numerous times. Joke of a council that needs abolishing.
Ridiculous wait times, over one hour to contact planning only to be told nobody available
Superb Customer service experience cannot fault them. The lady I spoke to - spoke clearly and explained everything needed in the planning query to me! Nothing was too much trouble - I recommend them 100% for a quality caring service.
Can't even rate these people Kirklees council I have been trying to contact you all WEEK Your quick enough to pick up the phone when people haven't paid but not when they need help
I had a financial problem, I went to see them to explain about a late rent payment, they were very understanding and helpful. It's important that you keep them informed so they can help and work something out, they're not monsters.
