Food here is edible though chips are more often than not greasy and reheated. My big problem is it’s 2023 they txt you deals and offers, they have a website and technology now lets you pay for goods with your watch……WHY ONLY CASH ?????? is this just good old tax evasion to the uk or money laundering as well ?
order came reasonably quickly the halloumi burger and veggie burger cold halloumi under cooked and very thick. chips tasteless and luke warm kiddies meal a joke. it's for children make it applying for kids. The kebab well it was perhaps the only decentish item. What has happened.£37 treat very very dissatisfied and disappointed.Will remember and not order again. I know I am only one customer but please check food before going out One pays for food one expects decent food for that price or any price really just because its take away one should take pride in it.
I've been there twice and left hungry both times. firstly, the problem was that they only accept cash 2023!!!, and secondly, that at 8pm on Saturday they no longer had chicken meat for the chicken doner.Service: 1/5
Chips were reheated oven chips were used chicken nuggets are actually chicken dippers. Lettuce on chicken burger was over a day old brown and manky chicken burgers... sorry I mean chicken steaks probably birds eye tasted like they were probably deep fried and full of grease. All in all only one meal out of 6 was decent enough to eat.
So me and my boyfriend go here regularly but not anymore. My boyfriend went out and ordered food to arrive back home with his food not there.. so he went back to get his food but decided to call them before he went in and a rude lady answered and cut him off saying she wasn’t going to help. He went in the shop and she was very argumentative and my boyfriend wanted £5 off the meal and she was again argumentative. There was one male staff who has always been lovely to us and gave my boyfriend a free drink and gave him 1/2 cheeseburger instead of the 1/4 he ordered. Overall, rude rude lady. Chips were not the best, burger was ok and nuggets were ok.
Not the best kebab really poor. Pitta stale . Salad looked it had seen better days. Meat cold wont be going again. At 8.80p for a large donna that was poor id stay away if i was you.
Terrible experience. Food arrived cold had to reheat on arrival ourselves. Took over an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Called the shop to discuss the order and the person who answered phone was very rude and pretended to be the delivery driver saying they could not help us and cut the call off. Upon calling again we were informed the person who previously answered the phone was the owner! Avoid this place at all costs.
Wow!! They are normally on point but tonight forgot my dc Pepper drink. They sent the driver to tesco around the corner and within 5mins had a bottle instead of a can top job well impressed.
Food was delivered cold. Cold kebab & Luke warm fries. What a joke!
