Been waiting nearly two hours now for my food. Rang the takeaway three times and been told various lies about how long it will be. Avoid unless you are on a diet and don't want to eat. Updated to add that when the food eventually came it was tasty. I like my reviews to be honest so even though the service was diabolical chaos the food itself was nice.
Generous portions of good food. We ordered set menu B for 2 and it was more than enough for 3 people! The hot starters were especially nice. We ordered in the shop and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Friendly service. Will be going back again.Food: 5/5
Ordered ribs but got loads of little pieces with no meat, always order from but never againFood: 1/5
Not very good ! Don't recommend it I ordered from just eat, order was later than planned, I had chicken sezchuan the chicken was very thin pieces more batter than chicken it was dry hardly any sauce cost £25 for 2 mains & 2 sides not worth the money at all !Food: 1/5
Waited over an hour and the order was wrong, when I brought it to their attention? They said they would send another out. Two hours later it’s still not here! Shocking! Will never use again However the only compliment I can give this place is the young lady who answers the phone? She seemed really apologetic and also embarrassed.
Been ordering from here every time I fancied a Chinese for near 10 years now and never once had a bad meal. In store staff are always polite and helpful when it comes to placing an order, and they're always near enough spot on when it comes to delivery times. Prices are reasonable, quality of food is great and portions are generous. Wouldn't think of ordering a Chinese from anywhere else.
Absolutely useless. Waited 50 minutes after placing our order to receive a text to say they were too busy to complete the order. So 9.15pm trying to find someone else to deliver.
We have a Chinese from kins kitchen once a month, it's always hot wen it Comes, they say it may take 1 hr but always 40 _45 mins, always tasty, and very reasonable so thank you kins kitchen xx
What a pity just ordered some food. Had it delivered had ordered 2 portions of spring rolls which we adore. Had one portion delivered between 4 of us. I rang up and asked where other portion was. I was told by 'the girl' that they were busy and could we knock it off bill next time. I said in other words we are sharing 2 spring rolls between 4 and she said yes they were too busy. I said what else would we be given next time. She said nothing. We pay on average 25 to 30 every Friday. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Been a regular customer for years will not be going again. Ordered starters and was not provided them upon the delivery .Called them up to be told knock them off the next order by the girl on the phone as they were busy.i was then rushed off the phone by the girl who said holding the line up as she needed to take orders I understand customer relations is a must when you are a business .I can not believe they can take your money and not even apologise or refund the amount this is a step foo far
