I had a dental hygiene clean today, I was happy with my experience it was comfortable and didn't cause any pain. They made sure I was comfortable kept checking if I was ok. The staff and dentist was friendly and helpful. Happy with the work done on my teeth : thank you
Me and my family had an excellent experience at the Kingshurst dental surgery! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional.nnThe dentist was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and ensured we were comfortable throughout the procedure.nnWe truly appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine care shown. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental treatment.
Dentist are lovely and really helpful, however the receptionist is very rude! Don’t really like to speak, when enter rather than acknowledge you points at screen at the wall, then when they make a mistake and under charge you, they call you which you miss a call due to driving and before given a chance to reply back they send an email saying payment is significantly over due even though only been a couple of hours max then threatens you with a debt collector.nIf this reviews was for dentist would be 5* down to receptionist and her manners be 1* so went in the middle. Do better
I had a great experience with Dr. Aditya. He’s extremely professional, patient, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the entire process was smooth and painless. He explains every step clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist!
Great dentist. Very friendly. I had a wisdom root and a back tooth extraction it was finished in about five minutes. I suffered no pain after. Only thing is I had to Google what I could eat and how to not cause an infection after because I wasn't told at the dentist. I would still recommend him to other people. Plus the receptionist at the counter was also professional compared to craig croft dental centre who has a attitude problem and tries to make it hard for you to join another dental practise when you leave. You can't even put a review on them. I wonder why?
