Very friendly staff, reassuring and professional. Everyone is very nice and understanding. My daughter is currently undergoing the braces process and the staff provide excellent support. At the beginning she was afraid as she was unsure of the process but the amazing reassurance of the team has led her to be completely comfortable anytime she visits!
Excellent, From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile, the atmosphere was very warm and calming. The ambiance very calming, it put both my sons who were a bit anxious at ease. What I loved the most is at each appointment, we were kept well informed and we knew each stage of the treatment. Both my son’s are having ongoing treatment and because of the reception they receive each time we attend, I do not have to persuade them in anyway to attend an appointment. The whole team from reception to the specialists are all amazing, professional, courteous and knowledgeable.. Thank you to the whole team at Birmingham Smile Clinic.
Fabulous service get seen early today 1 hour earlier then my appointment time. The reception staff are awesome they listen laugh excellent serve. Both my boys had braces here. No waiting time 3hats so ever
brilliant service my braces journey took over a year and half and along the way they were supportive, well structured and helped me numerous times, the amount of times my brackets snapped and they repaired them without hassle. Whenever i came late to an appointment they have managed to squeeze me in and save time for me and my father. The retainers that were made for me are a perfect fit. The braces starter pack comes as amazing value at only £15. They helped fix my teeth and now my sister will be coming here and i know she is in the best hands available 10/10 service would definitely recommend. They have a brilliant team and the receptionist is a life saver thank you
My son's first time having braces . He was very nervous about it. But when we got to the clinic the receptionist was very lovely . She answered any questions we had. His friends who had braces talked him through their experiences . But everyone is different.nThe dental nurses were very professional and lovely. They explained the process from Start to finish and gave a print out of step by step guide on how to care for his teeth with his new braces . He also got to choose the colour of the braces he wanted . We also got to purchase a stater kit to take home. This has the tools he needs to use both at home or at school for his braces and teeth care.nThank you, guys, for a very pleasant experience.nnUpdate !! 14/08/2024 . Braces have now been taken off a total of a year and a half.He now has perfectly straight teeth ! Thank you to the team for being kind and welcoming, and professional on each visit. It has been a very smooth and easy process.nWe look forward to the final stages of the retaining process. As he continues his journey to a perfect smile!
