Quite disappointed in all honesty. Normally top notch service however I ordered food last night and it took an hour 40 minutes to arrive and I received my order missing the crucial part so I called and they then took a further hour to get the missing part out to me. After phoning to chase up the missing pieces I started to ask for a refund to which the young gentleman hung the phone up to me so called back to which he answered and hung up straight away.  I have requested a refund via email and if this doesn't get rectified I will be coming down in person to resolve this

Ordered a kebab they sent the wrong order phoned to explain, they collected wrong one under protest and delivered correct order. Half way through eating found loads of long hairs in it. Disgusting will not be using them again.

Worst experience ever! Ordered kebabs for a birthday and it said approx. 1hour on the website. Phoned up after an hour and told 5-8 minutes. Delivery turned up half an hour later and of course was cold! Also one of the meals was missing. Phoned up for that and told 10 mins., turned up after 20. By now all the food is cold, doesn’t really work microwaving kebabs because you end up with hot salad!! Also when we phoned up about the missing item we asked for some sort of recompense for the cold food and the manager only offered to refund the late item - which never  happened!! Been going to Kings since we moved here - time to find a new kebab shop!!

Ordered a sea food pizza was very nice and had a choice of thin crust as well very nice to have a choice of this. Not many takaways give you that choice as most are thick standard pizza. Good selection of foods on the online menue and the delivery charge is just £1.00 so its much cheaper for deliver than majority of takaways that charge £2.50 and up. Very pleased with my pizza. Plus i ordered a bottle of italian red wine was nice and smooth.

ordered here for the 1st time and it will be my last as well , half the order was wrong and food was cold !!! ,ordered on Thursday evening around 6.40pm arrived 8.20pm so not a busy day . dont waste your money here there are better options around . shouldn't be selling food at all .

I received the wrong order to be told this is my opinion? I don't eat donner meat only the chicken. Such a shame as this use to be a great place. Won't be ordering again, manners cost nothing.

I was looking for someone who sold and would deliver wine in the early hours tbph! I ordered chicken nuggets and the Special garlic bread. Oh my those nuggets were scrumy! Mmm Mmm. I kept the garlic bread for tomorrow, next day. It's actually a 9"pizza I see. THANKS KINGS SUPERB QUALITY WONDERFUL ++++++

after i bought food from them they started withdrawing money from my account first 40 then 30 don't go there they are scammers!

Usually ok but tonight over an hour wait. Next time I will go elsewhere.
