They seemed genuinely annoyed we bought food from them. I don't expect people serving fast food to be happy or anything but they literally looked at us like we were dirt coming in, even though we were very polite.  Regretted ordering immediately due to the price, £19 for one chicken burger meal, and one with cheesy chips. Sit down restaurants in the area are cheaper.  That's £4.50 for cheesy chips! Standard burger meals are £8.50! Felt rude to say "maybe not" after ordering, so we stayed. Hey, maybe the food is good, right?  Well, I got a few chips with my burger, the absolute minimum.  The burger though... It was SO thin! The chicken burger has so little chicken in it. Literally a few mm of burger. Totally flavourless, because of it. It was just like having a salad burger! However good the owner thinks it is - there's so little actual meat in the burger it's basically pointless having it there. The owner calls these lies - check out the photo. Photo doesn't lie.  Absolutely terrible for the price. Not surprised the place was empty. It's been open for 50 years apparently, must scam a lot of drunk people charging double a reasonable price I guess.  I'm sure the owner will leave an insulting reply. Enjoy reading their responses everyone, but don't come here for the food.

I laughed so much reading the owners reply to comments My family used to always order from here when we fancied a kebab, and I can thoroughly say we all enjoyed it! I really miss getting the kebabs from here, and the guys inside were always really polite and friendly when I'd pop in with my mum when i was little. It's a shame people are bringing down the ratings with stupid reviews as the food is great.Give the place a chance it's worth it :

used this takeaway on new years eve left my mobile on the counter and realised straight away run back to the shop and they denied me leaving my phone here i have tried calling 2 days running now and they will not answer would like cctv viewed may have to call police if not being responded to. would like someone to contact me. Went to the shop at 4.15 and was told it wasn't ppen, went back at 5.15 and ordered and payed for a kebab, asked for everything and was told there was no onion or coleslaw, I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere at which point he sliced an online. The meat was greasy. I wouldn't go back which is a shame as I live up the road.

Came here on a night out. We got a standard portion of cheesy chips £4.50, and x2 chicken nuggets and chips £7 each x2 = £14. This works out £18.50 right? Well they took £25 from my friend and tried to tell me we get no change... They are also cash only and say the card machine is broken but it’s really just so they can scam drunk people. The nuggets tasted like fish also! Just stop to look at how rude the replies to the reviews are. They try to lie their way out of every single bad review. This place is a disgrace. Do NOT go here. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Beat kebab I've ever had!! Chilli sauce is hot but not to much 10/10

Absolutely terrible. The quality of the doner kebab meat is the lowest of the low. I’m sure they make their money selling late night food to drunk people but please avoid this. Had a few bites and threw it away.

Food really made me question my morality. It was so good I almost imploded in on myself and died. The mouth feeling was better than creamed leaks my ex favorite food. I really like the way they cook the kebab. Almost didn't get food poisoning. 10/10 would eat again
