Took a while for me to post.  I can’t thank the team enough on ward 36 for all their work.  My Aunt was on end of life care.  The staff on shift was so caring, helpful and understanding.  Thank you so much for the staff on duty who gave hugs to my family when my Aunt passed away.  Thank you for making her end of life care comfortable.  You are forever in our hearts Xx

My mum who is 101 was first on a&e and then admitted to a ward, the care was second to none. We were seen quickly and the care we received was amazing. They did everything they could to make mum comfortable and deal with her health issues.

Honestly Chloe michelle Judith Lisa and Kerry on ward 33 if you ever have to go in on that ward you want to hope and wish you get them looking after you, some experience has not been great but let me tell you they are absolutely amazing nothing is too much trouble nothing to much of an issue and always wanting to do what they can to help not just our mum on end of life but also for us and let me tell you not all the staff are like this so they need a medal a true example to what your hospital needs and believe me you do not want to loose these fantastic people, they are truly the essence of the word care and compassion and can seriously tell they love helping and and there jobs! They even made our Valentine’s Day as we could not get out because of the fear of leaving our mother

The Old Lady Receptionist treated us quiet cold and really disappointed with it. It was having a heavy rain yesterday whole afternoon and night and arrived at the hospital nearly 7pm asking politely where is the Covid Vaccine Area, she sent us out and said we have to take right and walk all along the back and look for the white building, since it’s our first time in a very big hospital and walking in heavy rain and wind we had difficulties finding the white building not enough sign thou around the area we arrived at the vaccination place soaking wet and cold! And found out it was on the left side of the main building just few minutes walk from the receptionist area! You can also access the vaccination area from inside the building in short walk! What a disgusting cold attitude she has, all I can say is if you are tired from your work go home and retired! She didn’t even think about others. Apart from that, the nurses in vaccination area are all lovely and very friendly

I had to go to Kings Mill Hospital last year. First to Gynecology and also to Urology I am 78yrs old and obviously like most people didnt really want to be there.. however, i cannot stress how amazing everyone was. I am sure they must all be hand picked for kindness, helpfulness, care and in their sensitivity when examinations have to be done. I just can't speak more highly of them. I certainly wouldn't be apprehensive about going again. Thank you to all concerned.

I came to this hospital as an emergency after breaking two bones in my leg. I've been in now for nearly a week and have been thoroughly looked after. Each department I've seen xray, resus, theatre and physio have been filled with friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. I've been on the orthopaedic ward for days and everyone here has been incredible. I'm not from Nottingham so my visitors haven't been that frequent but everyone here has really looked after me. I'm hoping to go home today but I will actually miss this ward and the staff. They all deserve a lot more appreciation, respect and pay!

I was taken into a&e early last night and the treatment i recieved was outstanding! They saw to me straight away and the department was full to bursting. Every staff member were so kind and helpful . God bless you all

I was rushed into major's A&E on the early hours of the 4th of May with a ruptured varicose vein.This was made considerably worse as I am on Warfarin and struggled to stop the bleeding.I have mentioned this to my doctors  many time's to be told it's my age and nothing can be done. I can't speak highly  enough by all the staff and the care I received was amazing  which I thank you for. You are a credit to the NHS. Thank you all.

I love this hospital I have a special needs son age 3 autism and Allan herndon dudley syndrome so he has alot of needs and every time my sons had mri scans or operations ward 25 is the best if your child needs looking after unwell they are amazing I have mental health problems and I don't trust anyone but these amazing people go above and beyond to help me and make sure we are both OK.  I have only and will only bring my child here thank you ward 25 your all amazing I'm so greatful

I sustained a horse riding incident a few weeks ago and was taken to King's Mills. I cannot fault any of the care that was provided to me. Emergency care and ward 11 were great. I had rapid diagnosis via xray and CT. Several injuries treated quickly. Pain nurses daily, critical care outreach nurse daily. Thier outstanding CQC report matched the care I received. The staff in the departments I visited were great and I felt safe . A great hospital and can't thank them enough
