Lovely b&b, great location with parking. Well stocked local shop for snacks etc. Location is just a couple of miles out of town, 15 mins on the bus straight down the road. Owner is very helpful, genuinely cares about his guests and can't do enough to help. Rooms have been finished to a very high standard. An amazing little guest house, would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed two nights in the guest house. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Bus stop right outside and a short walk to train station, so handy to the city centre. Melvyn was so accommodating and cooks a fab fry. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed here during the BBC Good Food show in Belfast. It's a lovely place with only 8 rooms, the rooms are well sized, and comfortable with a bathroom. The owner Melvyn is a lovely helpful man who makes staying here a pleasure, he also makes a great breakfast. The Hotel is based on the Lisburn Road, with a bus stop right outside and is also just a 5 minute walk to Balmoral train station. I will definitely be back when staying in Belfast again.
