Great pub! Currently going threw a refurb so the pub will look good as new. Friendly staff and friendly owners too. The review below is their option but i totally disagree with it. If youve got to go into the pub that you clearly never go in and take pictures then that proves how sad you really are. The pub doesn't look like that at all, the pictures from the back were took a few weeks ago after we had a bad down pour and wind. And the ceiling in the pub like i said is being refurbished which was caused due to bad weather. Only thing people can do is pop in and have a drink and take a look for yourselves. They sell a range of different beers, cider, gin, and pop. The pub also is always open, they are quiet on Wednesdays hense the closing early. : They have a dart board, & pool table, a juke box and bandits and large screen tv. Upstairs has also been done out by the owner and now has a darts room. Small function room in the back too. Also pictures of people in the bar should not be put on here without the people's permission. :
Ceiling falling down in bar, needs a total refurb in and out. Sadly a good pub ruined have been using this pub since 1982, when it was a pub with the Healeys and often closed. Toilets broken or blocked, windows need a clean too. I wouldnt be surprised if this pub joins many others and permanantly closes. Picture is of smoking shelter at back of pub, bay windows roof falling in, and old fire place never cleaned. Its pot luck on beer if they have any, and soft drinks - diet coke or coke. They occasionaly open too. Irregular hours here you never know when there open or if they will stay open for the day or night?
Im afraid like alot of pubs needs some investment..friendly place though

Nice friendly pub there was a noisy customer in there at the time but the barmaid soon ejected her
