Quaint little place is this pub. Nipped in to catch the end of the Six Nation's. Plenty of space with some well thought out decor, but despite this, wouldnt say this time round it was buzzing. Only a few people in there with a small TV, so I'm guessing that sport is not it's main focus, although the bar staff were pretty friendly and we got served quickly. Nice selection of on tap beers and dog friendly which I always think is a good sign. Maybe if it wasn't snowing then a little more atmosphere would have been about, but you would have thought that it being St Patrick's day there would have been a little more hustle and bustle. Maybe that happens later? Solid 3 out of 5 for me. Maybe with a bit more of a buzz and a pub lunch, I'd have scored it higher (Food looked good)

Quite possibly the loveliest pub I've ever been to! The bar area was quite busy with regular customers/locals but the lady working there made us feel more than welcome - she even brought over a little disk of dog biscuits for our dog. The food we ordered was absolutely delicious and all beautifully presented - my finance's chips were in a little newspaper boat which made us smile. I absolutely can't fault this place - the service and the food were both awesome. Thank you for care and attention you gave us during our visit.

Can't recommend here highly enough, 7 of us for Mother's Day today and all our food was excellent, including steaks, roasts and platters, as well as gorgeous desserts. Service was great and clearly well organized, manager and 1 waitress working front of house making a difficult job look easy, seeming unstressed and in full control, great food, great establishment, great staff, thank you all :)
