The Lady working the bar on Friday night was great when a car we were collecting had broken down outside the pub. She got us different things to help and was a great ambassador for the pub! Will be coming back to the pub at some point to actually have a drink as the atmosphere and customer service was great!
A real community pub. Unchanged over the years, and one of the few traditional style inns left. Always friendly, a welcoming atmosphere and a great favourite with the locals, and an excellent selection of beers and ciders on tap. Difficult to fault this. Like going back in time it is full of community spirit. Dog friendly as well.
Good atmosphere with a wide selection of drinks served by happy bar staff
Wonderful pub, fantastic crowd
Great pub in a quiet village , even put on a bike night on Tuesday's
Well I must say, I was so well looked after by the barmaid Tracey tonight. Service was 2nd to none it will be a pleasure to go back again to see that smile all over again
Lovely old fashioned drinking pub. Friendly locals and a nice beer garden for the nice weather. Good selection of beers and ciders including Thatchers Traditional and Rich's. Interesting old building that has been the community pub for Old Coleford for a good few years and thankfully remains unchanged. Well worth a visit.
Great friendly pub, lots of villagers attended. Visitors always welcome. Lots of outdoor seating. Well behaved dogs welcomed. Drinkers pub no restaurant. Big carpark.
Very welcoming, can recommend a drink in the well kept gardens.
Best pub for miles!
