I am highly shocked to see that kindertons are rated highly maybe they get to monitor the feedback they get? Have another look on other review pages and the feedback shocking! To my review, I had an accident back in October yes that’s right OCTOBER 2017!!!! I was sent this company by the insurance to deal with the car hire and the repair of my car. They were very good to start got a car to me almost straight away took my to be repaired but unfortunately because of the age of the car it wasn’t cost effective to repair so it was written off and I was told that I would receive a payout for this almost right away and that was when the trouble started I was given my car back as it was deemed driverable as there was only bumper damage. So After being passed from person to person for about 3 Months with no progress or update on any of my claim and still no payout, I was told that it would need to be passed to solicitors to take legal action. Another Month has passed and still no information from from these guys and yet another person handerling my claim a complaint was put in to the company which they dismissed! So here we’re now in May still no payout!! Still no solicitors!!! And still no information!!! Just lies, rubbish and very very unhelpful staff. I would avoid using this company where possible as you will never the receive the payout your due after they write your car off!!

One star is too high for this lot. Had the massive misfortune of being recommended this quite dreadful company after I was in an accident that the other driver was responsible for and admitted liability. My case was being dealt with by Nicola Owo & Jamie and to say these 2 were incompetent and disinterested would be putting it mildly. It is a business vehicle I drive and it suffered significant damage so needed repaired ASAP but these 2 were completely incapable of giving a damn about organising and authorising repairs or chasing up the 3rd party that I ended up taking a successful legal action against the 3rd party which was settled in 4 weeks after I had to pay for the repairs myself. Kindertons are deplorable, avoid like the plague if your insurer or mechanic recommends them.

A very poor standard. They treat the people they are supposed to be working on the behalf of with total indifference. Mine is anon fault accident and both my vehicles were damaged whilst parked by the third party. Kindertons received full admission from the third party and cctv footage a month ago. I had my car written off but have yet to receive the agreed payment which consequently I accepted the first offer still nothing paid as yet. My motorhome they tried to write off at a ridiculous offer but I sent proof of the real value and they said it could be repaired yet they have not made any attempt to let me get the repairs done telling me the quote still hs to be agreed. Unprofessional and extremely slow.

Not the one to complain but it needs to be out there how bad this company is. I had a accident in Jan not much damage took 12 weeks to repair after so many lies. Finally day the car gets delivered to me thay driver put petrol in my diesel car thay won't give no warranty if future damage Accurs through the mistake thay made. Then finally I got to drove my car it's all weird noises from front lose bolts on shock and repair garage said thay changed parts to new when inspected thay just bent the old parts back to shape and probably bill 3rd party for new parts I have asked for a work list of what was done thay won't supply 1 but I will be contacting 3rd party insurance for the bill thay will have and I'll be telling them the truth of what was new and what wasn't.
