Would never use this company again and would not advise anyone else to either. Took a service plan out with them about 18 months ago and paid a set amount every month. I had the first service done and then continued to make my monthly payments as normal. However I just sold my vehicle so got in touch to say the plan was no longer required and asked what would happen to the money I had already paid into the plan following the first service I had with them. Nobody bothered to get back to confirm this. However Checked my account recently and they have refunded me the grand total of 2p (what a complete joke) would love to know how they worked this out.. I have emailed them to query it but no doubt no one will bother getting back to me. Thank you for your reply. I am aware that someone has been allocated my case as they emailed me last week advising me and wanted to discuss further. They advised that they were available Monday - Friday and they were available Saturday just gone. They also asked how I wanted to be contacted and I advised via email. However week later and still not heard anything further.

The service given was excellent i had no problems with the company i would recommend friends to think about taking out service agreements whenever the opportunity rises,

I will never use this company again, or take another service plan. The service I have received has been very poor to say the least. The staff I spoke to were very rude & after calls made and emails sent, no one got back in touch until this week to inform me that this has been passed to yet again another company. The garage where I would take my car for its service when into administration back in October 2017 and Emac where very unhelpful, I was instructed to contact different people. I would definitely recommend you NOT use this company.

After contacting EMaC directly and taking out a £600+ service plan on my car back in August, I was concerned I had not received a receipt via email or any paperwork through the post as instructed. I rang 1 week later and was told they had taken the incorrect email address and again told I would receive the receipt and paperwork shortly. After several weeks of not receiving anything I rang again only to be told my service plan had been cancelled! EMaC had done this without any communication to myself and no explanation to as why my plan was cancelled despite the fact they had taken my money. I was very concerned by the lack of information and communication I started to think my money had actually been stolen by this company. I started to follow up my issue with my car company instead, after several calls they were able to get my money back. I was later told the originally advisor who took my details had not set up my plan properly and therefore my car company had rejected the service plan. It is now late October and EMaC have only just apologised to me for their errors, missing the point that had I not bothered to contact them numerous times I would have lost my money and had no service plan! The worst service I have ever experienced!
