It’s all about communication, and that’s what Woodward & Bishopp are excellent at. Throughout the whole process of the sale, with staff in all roles communication was timely, clear and informative. There are some things one cannot control when selling a property, but having all the information and support possible makes a potentially stressful process so much easier. I highly recommend these guys - who blew away all the stereotypes that are associated with Estate Agents. A really personal service from professional people that really care & work hard on every detail.

Selling our house was easy with the help of Woodward and Bishopp. They gave good advice on marketing and organised everything we needed promptly, efficiently and with common sense. We sold promptly at the advised price. The sales team were very helpful and friendly and professional at all times. As the sale moved forward to completion we appreciated the time and attention taken by our sales progressor to keep all parties informed at every stage. Through no fault of Woodward & Bishopp, our completion day was unnecessarily complicated and it was thanks to the progressors skill and effort that we got moved the following day. We have only praise for the quality of service we received and our buyers thought they were great too. They were worth every penny and thoroughly recommend them.

We can't extol the virtues of this Estate agency enough. From beginning to end and through covid they have always gone way & beyond in professionalism, care and approachability. All the old clichés about Estate agencies you hear totally don't apply to this one. Bishopp  held our hands and guided us all the way through the stress and ups and downs of selling. David also stepped in when dealing with solicitors. A big thank you to Woodward & Bishopp Whitstable.
