Superb service and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thought the process of selling our home in the UK while living in Australia would be extremely difficult - but Kent Estate Agencies went above and beyond to ensure it went as smoothly as if we were there in the UK.  Not only that but they valued the property higher than several other agencies and found several buyers who offered us a price we were very happy with.  Once again - thank you to all the team at KEA - especially Caitlin & Claire for everything you did and we wish you all the very best for the future.

Great Experience from start to finish, house purchase completed in 8 weeks due to there not being a chain, the team worked hard to ensure that everything kept moving contacting Solicitors and keeping everyone in the loop.  Such an easy process will definitely consider using Kent Estate Agencies in the future.

At all times very professional manner, yet understood the needs of an elderly person and were helpful in finding the correct property for me. When involved in a long chain at the end, they worked miracles to make it all go smoothly during a very difficult transaction. Cannot reccomend and say thank you enough. Kept me updated at every stage through email and simple list of items that need completing e.g survey, mortgage, contracts etc no 1-16 so once done you received an email with that number ticked off showing how many stages are left. Very simple and user friendly. Would recommend

I have sold and purchased properties with Kent Estate Agencies. More recently dealing with the Whitstable office. The phone is always answered by a member of the team who are always polite, friendly and eager to help or pass the message on to the relevant team member. Staff always return your calls within the working day, and aim to inform and reassure you at every stage of the moving process. This professional service is essential, especially because moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do!

We would like to commend Megan at KEA Whitstable for the attentive, efficient and friendly support she offered during the purchase of our house.  Her communication skills were invaluable. No ask was too much, and Megan kept in touch at every stage with updates, liaising with the legal teams to ensure everything was on track.
