I have been trying to find this particular teh tarik for some time and have been unsuccessful, happened to come across Tuk Tuk online and I took a chance to make an order.  Best decision ever, from when I placed the order which was yesterday to my delivery which was today the customer service was great and the level of service was beyond words  I will definitely be ordering again from here big thumbs up for me!

Great customer service. Item ordered went out of stock and I was promptly contacted with option of choosing a substitute or waiting for item to be restocked. Once parcel been send out it came in a matter of 1 day, packed securely and with attention to detail. I will definitely place another order with them

I've used Tuk Tuk Mart online a few times now and they are generally good. Like with most companies, how they deal with problems is usually where there is a clear divide. It is with regret that my expectations of how they deal with issues were met, that is in this instance they do not respond at all. Fortunately in this case the problem was minor as there was an error with the fulfilment which I can live with, but it does make me nervous in using them again in case of a bigger problem arising. Sort out their customer service issues and they would be a 5 star, as it stands I give it 3 as it could go either way on a case by case basis for each order.

Today I visited the Tuk tuk mart. It wasn’t easy to find since the name is not on the shop, instead there is another name on the shop. I found this very confusing. The store is located in Chinatown and is easy to reach by bus. The store is very small! The people don’t speak any other languages than chinese. The aisles were very narrow and you could only walk through it with 1 person at a time. Too bad, because they do have some great asian products. They got all the supplies you need to make sushi or a pokebowl. For a fair price!

Their local delivery time is way off…suppose to get same day..guess what not even the next day. Receive email next day from DPD they expecting my parcel from them.

Went to the store and also ordered online. Incredible website with thousands of products. They gave me a gift as i placed a decent sized order. Best online asian supermarket around for asian groceries! 10/10

My order has just arrived and I am so pleased with the entire service, as well as the products offered. Delivered very quickly, a very kind lady also called me to let me know about any preferred substitutes, and made sure they were vegan. I am pleased by the amount of cruelty free products they offer, with a wide vegan selection. Only thing I would say is if the free noodles I was given could be vegan, as I'll need to donate these. Overall very happy and will 100% shop here again! Thank you!
