My daughter started attending Kidz Come First in September 2023, I was initially very anxious as it was her first time joining an after-school club. However, the team reassured me, which allowed me to feel at ease. Each time I pick up my daughter, she has a big smile on her face. The staff are always very informative when I arrive, and they are incredibly supportive and caring. I'm very happy with the experience and the positive environment they've created for my child.
My child really enjoyed it at Kidz come first during the Easter break. He loved all the staff and told me they were very kind and caring. He enjoyed chatting with Natalie and Chyna. I felt at ease after the first day and knew he was in safe hands! Will definitely be using them again
One of my children have additional needs, and he was treated with the upmost respect, and the staff went above and beyond to understand him and his behaviours. Both if my children were treated fairly and enjoyed all the activities they had on offer. Both of my children have asked if they can return for the next school holidays. My children were there all day and were fed throughout the day. The staff always communicated with me about my children's progress and were always polite when informing me about behaviours throughout the day. I would highly recommend kidz club to anyone who will listen! My autistic child has always struggled with holiday clubs and ends up getting sent home on the first day. I can not thank the staff enough for their time and effort.
The team were so friendly and organised to work with. They had so many creative activities to keep all ages occupied and engaged. I would recommend them for any event. Big shout out to Patricia and Chyna!
Just Wow!! We used Kidz Come First for a weekend event for the first time. The team are AMAZING, so friendly, caring and warm. The team really did go the extra mile with their service, the creche was very well organised, and there was lots of creative play and fun for children of all ages. We had a few new mums with newborns who felt so at ease and relaxed because of the KCF team. My 10-year-old loved the creche so much, she got teary towards the end when we had to leave. I can’t sing the praises of Kidz Come First enough. All of us are so grateful to have found you, We’re looking forward to booking with you again! Huge thank you!!
Natalie and her team provided a crèche for a group of babies and children from 2 months to 10 years whilst their parents were attending our weekend residential conference. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Warm, creative and child-centred - the children of all ages settled really quickly and were very sad to leave on Sunday.
My daughter enjoys breakfast club and has enjoyed holiday club at kidzcomefirst my daughter had lots of fun and been on trips the staff are nice
Natalie and her team are absolutely amazing!!! This is the best creche I've seen ! The team is just so nice, helpful and professional. All the children really enjoyed themselves. The best holiday playscheme around !! I have been using this service over 4 years now.I can hand on heart say this one never fails to provide the best my kids come home beaming with joy with so much to tell me about their day. Natalie and her team work very hard to create a fun and innovative timetable which involves many engaging activities such as african dancing, health and wellbeing sessions, cooking, discounted day trips and much more. It's very hard to keep the kids entertained during the holidays and most definately harder to find a childcare provider you can trust. I've never had any issues at Kidz Come First and they definately live up to their values they promote. Thank you for being N0 1 keep up the good work and continue to strive for the best
