Professional and friendly. I am a repeat customer, which speaks volumes. Very quick service. On both occasions we chose the carpet, had someone round to measure up and the carpet fitted within a week. No pressure when choosing the carpet, just advice given when asked for. Fitter was great. He arrived when he said he would. He worked quickly and quietly and was very friendly. I found the prices were very reasonable and I thought there was a good range of choices of carpet in the shop. We will definitely use Kidsgrove Carpets again.

Despite me trying every mattress in the shop (several times) and being generally indecisive, the owner was very patient and helpful throughout. My old mattress was taken away at no extra cost, while the new one was delivered. A great local company.

Really great family run business. Reasonable pricing alongside good advice and quality products. Very quick turnaround with friendly and professional fitters.

The lovely carpet fitter came out on Thursday and one week and two calls to the office later, we are still waiting for the quotation which I was assured would be e-mailed across to me. Poor customer service!
