Terrible Management! So disorganised! Turned our Daughter away 3 times after agreeing start dates. 1st time in jan (daughter was 3 in jan) they turned her away at the door and said she can start the week after. 2nd time she went for a week, at the start of the next week we arrived back and they said she isn’t supposed to start until April. Daughter felt it was her fault as she had cried on the last day of the previous week and was being punished. They gave us a date in April. My wife questioned this date twice as our son is on school holidays that date but we were assured that the April date was correct. 3rd time turned away again at the door surprise surprise it’s school holidays! For people that are supposed to be looking out for children’s welfare they have seriously upset our daughter and I honestly don’t think they understand or care! She’s only 3 and very upset that all this is possibly her fault. They said we could go back the week after but seriously their management is farcical! I wouldn’t let them look after my next door neighbours cat!
