Hi I run this nursery and the review put up by Afzal Hossain is unfair and malicious. We have never had his child attending the nursery. However, his wife was working in the nursery and was dismissed by the Company. Many of our Parents are happy with the service provided and the nursery environment.
Our son is so happy here, he loves the staff, his key worker, and the other children and practically runs in every day. Very grateful to the team for making his day so fun, and also supporting us in his milestones like dropping naps, and potty training. Sophie’s been running some amazing events lately for parents/carers to get involved too, which we missed during recent covid times. A real sense of community and also v convenient location close to Leyton tube station and loads of car parking in the retail park.
We love sending our son to this nursery and will send our daughter here soon too. It may not look fancy from the outside but the staff are so caring and energetic. My son runs in every day without a backwards glance and has never been reluctant to go in. The nursery staff have helped him to get off to a really good start with talking and playing nicely with friends and learning about the world. Couldn’t be happier with it, I would recommend it to anyone.
Our 2.5 year old has been at Bright Kids for eight months since we moved to the area and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery. His talking and social skills have absolutely exploded in a good way since he started, and any small concerns we’ve had about his development ie. that he couldn’t identify colours have been really taken on board and focused on by his key person. We love the app that gives us updates and a daily diary, and the management are super approachable and always a pleasure to deal with. Our little boy has really strong bonds with both the staff and his new friends in the toddler room, and he’s really excited about moving up to the pre-school room after his third birthday. Our newborn daughter is already signed up to join the baby room in 2022 and we couldn’t recommend Bright Kids more to anyone looking for a nursery locally, purely based on how happy and settled our little boy is!
Our daughter has been going to Bright Kids Day Nursery for almost a year now and has flourished a lot since then. She has improved on her social and communication skills and always enjoys attending the nursery. The staff at Bright Kids Day Nursery are very helpful and professional and both the deputy and nursery manager are always looking for ways to improve the nursery, and helping our daughter progress towards interacting and communicating with others. I would also like to say a thank you to Caitlin for all her hard work in helping our daughter to develop as our daughter loves spending quality time with her. I have definitely seen an improvement in our daughter and would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone. Once again thank you Caitlin and all of the staff of Bright Kids Day Nursery, keep up the good work.
My daughter has been attending Bright Kids E10 from baby room through to pre school room and will be leaving to attend school in September. I can honestly say that she thoroughly enjoys attending the setting she actually runs to get there in the mornings and has really developed so many new skills and abilities thanks to the staff and learning opportunities available. In particular she has developed special bonds with her peers and looks forward to socialising with them in and outside the nursery setting. The Managers Amanda and Ann-Marie are very helpful and supportive, in general all the staff are friendly and warm to both the children and parents regardless of which room your child is placed in. I must make a special mention of Esen and also Chloe who have made a tremendous difference to the quality of learning experiences that my child has benefited from; so much so that I am doubtful that my child would have continued attending if Esen in particular was not a member of staff there. So I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all who have made my daughter's time at Bright Kids enjoyable and beneficial.
