Went midweek with my 10 month old and a friend and her 5 month old. We were the only ones there! Lovely staff, big baby area which is quite rare. There were some blocks and a ball pit for them. Food was fairly good, what you would expect.
Absolute amazing soft play, always clean and tidy. Staff are so friendly and always helpful with my daughters food allergies plus the food is so good there to. Great that a soft play can cater for food allergies. Parties are always good too can not fault Kid Mania at all. Honestly its a must if your looking for some where good to take the kiddies to. Great for all ages mine are 9 and 1 and both love it.
This place lives up to it's name. The kids love it but it is crazy. I booked a party for 20+ kids and asked if they could improve on some of the things that I had read in reviews. I knew the reviews were accurate because I have been there about 15 times! They took my feedback on board. The staff were very attentive and ensured the party ran smoothly. They made sure there was enough food and drink for everyone and served it to the guests, so the Mums didn't have to. The service is a little too slow but better than previous occasions. You have to wait to get in or out of the venue which can be frustrating. On the positive side, they took care to ensure we were happy. The host checked in with me several times and delivered on everything she said she would. The party time gets split into two parts as the food comes up after 1 hour and then kids run off to play again. I wish that the hosts could use a whistle or bell system to let the kids know it's time to go up to the party room so parents didn't have to chase everyone.It's challenging to get them back for cake cutting and ice cream. It all works out in the end though. A very happy birthday girl.
The only saving grace of this establishment is the soft play apparatus itself. It keeps the kids entertained endlessly and has a good layout. The staff are never manning the front desk and are always having a coffee sit-down chat as a group. It's a rare sighting to see a single one of them crack a smile, clean/ maintain the area or just actively have a presence. The food and drinks are shockingly overpriced and the breakfast was cold with burnt items. Would not recommend to anyone who's looking for any reasonable levels of service or value for money but at least the kids are none the wiser.
Had my 4 year old daughter’s birthday party here. Great experience. Lots of staff on hand if needed. Food was good, all the children eat their dinners, barely any waste. Great value party in my book.
It's a place I've been going to for a year. I think it's as clean as possible and big enough to have fun. I have not been in contact with the staff until now. But I had trouble today and I will never go again. I wanted pizza for my daughter 10 minutes before our time was up. When I went to ask 20 minutes later, they said that their friend was going to buy from the market. My order arrived 40 minutes later. and no one apologized when the order came. the staff is always rude and careless.
Nice soft play with various activities. A good cafe on site. Some parking at the front. Idea for kids parties
Don’t even deserve a 1 star we have visited on Saturday 21st of October unfortunately they had two birthday parties and mixture of big and small kids running around madly! I had to approach a little girl and warn her as she was about to run over my daughter and went and told reception how I approached a child because her mum was not there just to make them aware of course after things got out of control the girls mum walked on me start shouting telling me to shut up front of everyone as I was trying to explain my self her supposedly boyfriend came and tried to threaten me! A supposedly Supervisor, when she’s supposed to calm the situation she start telling me how she heard me shouting when the place was so loud this obviously triggered made it worse! I had 20 people coming up to me they don’t know how to handle situations they are not taking precautions I will take this matter further and report it to the Local council I will make sure the staff get proper training and that nothing like this ever happens again! All these people walked of and I was left there in anxiety! This is not the way you operate a childriens area I took my precautions I spoke to members of staff many times warned how kids are running around dangerously but you as a staff as a supervisor failed !!!!
Good place for the children, they have soo much fun. However, the staff could be a bit friendlier. Was there recently for a child's birthday party and the staff were huffing and puffing and not approachable, even when purchasing drinks from the counter.
Just had a private party here and all I can say is how amazing the staff was they were so accommodating and willing to do anything I needed with no problems. My daughter and her friends had the best time and so did all the parents. Thanks again so much for such a great time will defo be recommending you
