Great place to visit in Glasgow if you love plants. They have very rare and exotic plants on display. The entry to this place is absolutely free. Very near to the center of Glasgow. Highly recommended. Beautiful glasshouse.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
This is a part of the Glasgow Botanical garden. It is very scientific and has a long history. There are many plants in the green house and placards which tell the history. It is certainly worth visiting when in Glasgow. Especially the section on pitcher plants is unique.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo

Really interesting place to pass a bit of time in the winter rain. So close to everything else and the hotel we were staying at. I can imagine is even better in summer. Was free to go in, just make a donation.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
I haven't been here since I was a kid, but the magic was still there. watching people draw different types of plant, having dates, catching up with friends, and entertaining their kids all while learning about tropical plants and the influence of Mr Kibble was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo

Charming, beautiful, and a great little place to bring your kids or a date. Some spots are a bit worse for wear, but the many fascinating plants more than make up for that. There’s also quite a few informational plaques and statues throughout. Very friendly staff at the entrance as well!
One of the best collections of tree ferns I’ve ever seen - this greenhouse is beautiful in its design and just full of amazing specimens. A perfect stop on a walk around Glasgow and not far from the university.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Graet day out in the botanical gardens and i always visit the kibble Palace Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
A gorgeous greenhouse in a lovely park. We were lucky enough to be there in a warm sunny day and it couldn’t have been more beautiful. While waiting for the palace to open, we strolled around admiring all the flowers, herbs, and vegetables growing about. There is a really pleasant river walk near by as well. The palace itself is small but the plants are amazing. Lots of great information about the plants organized by region. Also read history of the palace itself. One of the highlights of Glasgow for us.
