Super helpful team. Mark was really great as a salesman, giving a great deal on my Kia last year. Now thinking of upgrading to a new model, and he's offering to help me with another great deal. Unlike other Kia dealers in North London, Tower Hill is honest, not pushy and provides a great service.
Very helpful and friendly staff. A courtesy car is provided when my car is serviced there. Parking is easy. Gilbert in Service is particularly good and work is carried out quickly and efficiently with all the documentation provided without needing to ask. 5*

Had my car serviced here. It was quick and easy. Just the location of the showroom is quite strange.
So impressed that the salesman stayed back after closing time, and a long working day, to allow me to collect a vehicle they'd sold to a dealership in Nottingham. Without his generosity of spirit I'd either be stopping out overnight in a hotel or still travelling home by train. Very pleased and impressed by him and his attitude. Thank you very much, sir!
