Decent hair salon, no pretentions or hyped up bs. Bunch of jovial  ladies who know hair and do a good job. Casual atmosphere, sometimes too casual, like kids running around coming up to chit chat with their stylist moms. Thumbs down for that, and no service price list posted anywhere to guide customers and help them choose. Reception was also chilly, which made me want to leave, but they turned things around and became more cordial and attentive.  My stylist also listened to what I wanted and delivered. Two thumbs up for that. She didn't try to sell me services I didn't need right away.  I will return to Kharisma.

Bianca is a fabulous lash artist who produces beautiful, immaculate lashes. I highly recommend her, and I'm a Lash Artist myself.
