I recently visited KFC and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the aroma of freshly cooked chicken immediately set a positive mood.nnThe service stood out just as much as the food. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure every guest had a great experience. My order was prepared quickly and with care, and the team went the extra mile to double-check the order, which I really appreciated.nnThe food itself was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a rich, flavourful seasoning that I’ve come to expect from KFC. It’s clear that quality ingredients and consistent preparation go into every item on the menu.nnWhat really made the visit memorable was the staff’s friendliness and willingness to help.
I had a terrible experience, I ordered online and checked in when I got to the restaurant, I was waiting for half an hour and during that time another customer asked for a refund because they had also been waiting a ridiculous amount of time and asked many times why was there a delay, there were no dining in customers and only one other person waiting for collection. When questioned regarding waiting time the other customer was ignored and staff went and hid behind the display unit, it was awful. I felt so bad for the poor gentleman. Afterwards I then asked for a refund because I would have been late back to work and none of my food was ready, I asked the lady nicely why wasn’t anything ready and she said I could have the chips and popcorn chicken but I would have to wait for the rest of my order, honestly it was really embarrassing to watch the service towards that poor gentleman and I definitely will not be returning. I’ve been to this restaurant many times in the last 6 years but I refuse to be laughed at and treated in such a horrible manner.
I had a great experience at the Mildenhall KFC! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were really friendly and efficient. food served quickly, The chicken was crispy and the sides were just as tasty. It’s clear the team here cares about quality and service. I’m enjoying my cricket match with KFC food.
Ended up with the wrong food. But could did not take it back as we were hungry at this point. 35-40 mins for our food but they did look short staffed. My zinger tower burger was cold and some of the chips were under cooked. Would not go back in a hurry.
Used to eat here regularly but has gotten progressively worse.. Today will be my last time using, bought a 10 piece chicken deal and it was so fatty, out of 4 people none of us could eat it.nThe worst chicken/kfc I have ever had and they won't answer the phone it just rings and then says incorrect number.nWas waiting to get a parking space for 10 mins to get food that's inedible.nI have a strong suspicion most of the recent 5 star reviews aren't legit as it has gone majorly downhill
