Me and my wife had takeaway from here yesterday, we had the mixed starter which was very fatty/geeasy and lacking any flavour, nutty chicken which was quite nice but very much just crunchy peanut butter (what I expected)  and pad Thai noodles again lack of flavour, and jasmine rice which I'm sure was sticky rice. The service was not great however was advised new staff training and this was take out.
Our standards of Thai food are set high with other local Thai restaurants and takeaways.

The curry is wonderful. Pad Thai is a bit dry. The older British gentleman who works here was quite crabby with us. We had a flat tire on the way to pick up our takeaway. We decided it would be best to eat the food at the restaurant. We came in with our two small children. And asked to be seated instead. He told us no and that if we did he would charge us extra. “That’s gonna cost you if you stay.” Then he huffed off when we said “we will just leave.” (He was obviously angry and we knew we wouldn’t get good service.) He ignored us and went to the back to see if we could eat there. He returned and commanded us to follow him. To which we replied “No. We are leaving.”

That made him angrier yet and he went to get a different person to take our payment. And that person then gave us a lecture when we asked for forks to go. Stating “That’s not how we do it over here. You should have your own fork.”
He was SO rude. So now we are eating curry on the side of what road, trying to wrangle our 1 and 3 year olds, while we wait to change the tire. 👌 
It’s a shame because the curry is really good.

Excellent food. Service was good but strangely slow, especially for a Sunday lunchtime when it wasn't busy. Could have been painful if busier.

Delicious Thai food but the staff is not very friendly and I don't think that very good for a business.

Food was good, but we had an extremely long wait for our food and many tables that came in after us got their food before us.
