I cannot express how terrible my experience was!Absolutely rude staff! Never seen anything like it in my life. The manager was even more rude. They didn’t have any sauces, Pepsi and when asking about other drink the advise of the staff was that this drink is discussing. Food was terrible uncooked. The justeat driver was screaming so loud in the shop on his phone! The toilets were locked and both myself and another customer had to use Nando’s to wash our hands. When asking the manager he was so rude I wonder how he became a manager as he clearly didn’t like his job! never ever going back ever again!

Always dirty tables, the toilet is locked so you have to always ask for the key, dirty toilet as well. The room with tables supposed to be open until 10pm but closes always earlier(sometimes at 9:30). The food is not always fresh and not as tasty as others KFC's. The stuf is rude, slow and unattending. I enjoy kfc but this branch is so much below KFC's standard that you can't really call it KFC.

This place is a disaster. I order chicken here and despite KFC being the leader they do not allow you to select which chicken piece you want. The whole purpose paying a premium is to be treated better and not how these people do.

Had to wait ages even though Shop was empty. Repeated my order of zinger burger with cheese + white coffee to go 3 times. Got a zinger meal with cold fries and cold burger, no cheese. Lid on cup had been cracked when placed on cup resulting in coffee pouring all over me. Has put me off KFC for good!

Just what you expect from a KFC. Careful if you're from the US. They don't like TV either US credit cards that do not have a PIN but use signature verification instead. The inside is cleaned often. Avoid the kids outside. Things often get messy with brawls.
