Chicken was so dark, taste is awful! They dont follow the standard of KFC to change their cooking oil at certain time. This is the real problem of KFC franchise. They just add a little new oil to save the cost down but compromise all the standard of Quality! Crew are working without proper PPE. The “Beardie” asian guy is serving the frice counter without any proper cover of his beard, so if something drops, customer may just have to eat little extra hair. Ive order hot wings and it was cold and dark as well. Im very disappointed, and as I just have no time to go back to service station to return. Waste of money! This KFC Baldock Services should be inspected and something must be done before they totally ruined all the credibility of KFC. They dont follow the shelf freshness of the chicken and I dont think they do care about it, they just want to sell and after their profit!

Drove from Biggleswade tonight (8pm) to be told 30min wait for chicken.

Had to wait for ages because a customer wished to complain but the manager refused to come out and deal with it, instead hid in the kitchen taunting the man and leaving the counter staff to handle the situation.

Ben the server was lovely!! Had a good laugh and didn't mind me taking my time to order as I had no idea which was the best option. He suggested a mega box meal which was lovely and the service was really surprising considering what you usually receive at the fast food chain
