I'm a huge KFC fan and am currently traveling the country and visiting different KFC outlets. I arranged to meet a friend at this KFC for lunch and have to say that I was very disappointed with the experience. I was given a hot chocolate instead of a coffee, when I pointed this out they took away the hot chocolate and came back several minutes later with another hot chocolate. Assuming it was going to be the right drink actually took some huge gulps before realising. I will say that they did then give me a coffee, that was the least I could do at this point. The food was cold as it had been sat on the front counter for a while, even though they do table service. The manager shouted something about not having enough staff, but it's terribly unprofessional to say that and it's not the customer's problem. At the end of the day we still had a KFC, but given the choice, I would choose a different outlet.
Although the place was empty, the lady presumably the manager said they couldn't bring our 2 coffees to our table because there wasn't enough staff. When we ordered food, they brought the food over to us but mentioned a hot chocolate that we didn't order so assumed it was for someone else then took it away again. It was left on the side for about 10 mins before being brought back over to us cold and they still got our order wrong.
Food not up to standard. Last time I went the lettuce looked rotten on my burger the bun was pretty much stale. Waste of money and unpleasant dinner. Not the first time this branch food was not up to standard.Recommended dishesFillet Tower Burger Meal
Great service and very quick service too. If you love your chicken this is the place to go. You are best to collect the food yourself due to the additional costs added to food when you order it for delivery which is excessive. Excellent quality as you would expect. The best place for Chicken bar none.
Spent £29.99 on a party bucket only to get home to find 8 of the 14 pieces of chicken were smaller wings called to complain only to be called a liar by a very arrogant and unprofessional member of staff he definitely needs some training in dealing with complaints. Will not be spending any hard earned money there again KFC maximising profit during a cost of living crisis.
Food was the best we've ever had there! Service was quick so was the waiting time BUT it's always so cold in there! And tables wasn't very clean....keep up the good work though guys & you'll get thereFood: 5/5
Disappointing, was asked what dip I wanted with the 3 piece mini fillet dip meal and it wasn’t put in the bag. Also no longer seem to get any salt. But the worst thing was I was chewing a mini fillet, which is meant to be breast meat and I got a 2cm long bone!! Dangerous actually if parents think this is OK for smaller children… easily a choking hazard… so be careful.
Probably the worst KFC I have experienced. The chicken was oily and cold,the chips couldn't be eaten either. The worst thing was, I then had to cook! Hoping it was just a bad day for them.Food: 1/5
Best KFC in Bromsgrove! Really though, good place to stop and grab a zinger, staff are really friendly, sometimes it's really busy, and there's a little wait, but that's a good sign I guess, cause if it was rubbish it would always be straight in and served! Staff are always smiling! That's what I like best about this KFC :-Food: 5/5
The worst KFC experience ever!!! Drove in at 17.42, just to grab a wrap of the day, saw the massive on the drive through. So I decided to park up and walk in store to order. Big mistake!! There was an even longer queue. No one at the tills. The excellent customer service lady was running frantically to serve the food. It was obvious there were short staffed. After waiting for well over 12mins, I managed to pay and the wait begins!!!! Still waiting for the food to arrive.
