Wouldn't ordinarily review a fast-food franchise. But having had food from this restaurant afew months back, I must say I was very impressed, and think they're deserving of a review, to reflect their vast improvement. KFC can be extremely inconsistent restaurant-to-restaurant, but this is currently, without doubt, one of the best in the local area. The food was delicious and yes I've been back since.

Both ordering screens broken so waited at till to order while the one woman serving was doing meals for the waiting delivery drivers. Food quality was great when it eventually appeared but very cold in the restaurant and music so loud it made conversation difficult. Went to Gents before leaving - toilet bowl badly stained, cold water only, soap dispensers empty & hand dryer not working.
The chicken wasn't very warm and the chips were very soggy. I had to put them in the air fryer when we got home to finish cooking them. We are less than 10 mins from KFC so the chicken should still have been reasonably warm.Food: 1/5
Chips were cold and hard. Chicken dry. Wrong side order. Zinger burger ok. No salt in bag. No serviettes in bag. Wish I hadn't bothered.Food: 1/5
Disappointed. Drove from Braunston to take the kids for a sit-down meal as a treat. Got all the way there to be greeted by a stone cold restaurant, I’m talking see your breath cold! Option 1 was McDonald’s across the way. But kids wanted KFC opt 2 !!!! However after a 15 min drive back it was flipping stone cold. Absolute waste of £17.95!!!!! Chips sweaty and disgusting, chicken rubbery. And priority in the restaurant was just eat drivers so I guess this is what the franchise owners want. Sod the retail sit in, same as carpark. Just eat cars everywhere
Everything generally satisfactory, apart from seemingly struggling to keep the KFC Zinger Ricebox available to order. Also there's rats running around the perimeter of the carpark and the drive-thru road is super tight some drivers probably damaged their wheels.
The food is good, but not necessarily fast as we waited for around 20 mins, atmosphere is a bit meh because its always full of teenagers. Also, in comparison to McDonalds, it's quite pricy almost double.Food: 5/5
Ordered a boneless banquette with extra sweet chilli dipped bits, feeding myself and my two young kids. Uber eats delivered quickly and on time, however, the delivery was still sealed and untouched by the driver. Despite having a receipt with order listed, KFC staff could not read and get the order right, with large popcorn chicken and the sweet chilli bites, and dipping sauces missing. 11 attempts to call KFC, not once did someone answer. My advice, avoid this KFC if you like your orders accurate and complete. More than half my order was missing. Maybe KFC Rugby should start employing people.that can actually read!!
Bit of a wait but the wait was well worth it, tasty food and still hot when we got home! It’s finger licking good!
