Staff here are very rude, abrupt in mannerisms, give no respect as to how they talk to customers; treating this place like a playground. Found this KFC absolutely appalling in how they treat the public. Customer service is none existent and abysmal. No smiles, hellos or thank yous. They are like depressed robots doing a monotonous job. Place is dirty. Advice for those who've got customer service facing roles in this place - have a bit more pride in how you present yourselves as it costs nothing for common decency and manners.
Staff are miserable never look happy to be there and have zero customer service skills. Been 3 times in a month had no chicken one time, no strips the next and where delivery only the last how does that work Safe to say it's not somewhere that I will be back too
The place was empty 2 staff behind counter were on therr mobike phones ...no salt ...no napkins place was filthy tables not cleaned floor dirty..tables dirty .bins not emptied..lazy staff ..waiting for stock... No cleaning done ...toikets were filthy ... Wheres the management.... Burger was OK. But warm chips no salt ..not offered and sauces...cold chips ... What a filthy place ....
The food here is enjoyed by most. It has a nice tangy spice to it and there is good texture for most of the food here. The chips have degraded from the original KFC chips but overall food is enjoyable. The atmosphere is very friendly and the service is mostly fast when there is less people. The tables are clean when you come in most of the time and there is pleasant smell when you come in. The lights are dim but there are a lot of them which makes it a lot better. Overall the food is nice, the atmosphere is great and the music is pretty normal.
If you don’t have an item or in this case simply couldn’t be arsed Inform the customer. Dietary requirements/ sensory issues aside it’s just poor customer service. I will be requesting a full refund and will not return.
Food was late and cold but no fault of uber as i was tracking order. This was revolting filth and never to be eaten again. I suspect the place couldn’t be bothered to cook from fresh and send the rubbish they had left over. Do not touch this place.
Always get my food from here never disappoint me. Lovely and friendly staff and will go extra mile. I had forgotten my shades in the shop and rang back if they had it; they kept it for me until I picked them up. Thank you very much everyone for your hard work.
Lovely normal kfc but finding bits of metal in the batter is not a welcome addition...Food: 2/5
Asked for no sauce in burger due to allergy’s and still got sauce which could of caused a serious illness if ate before we noticed we put it on the notes so that it would come correct we also tried to contact the store 23 times and they just let the phone ring through absolutely disgusting not being able to check peoples notes on orders
Food is decent but the service ain’t great. Purely transactional and scripted. Staff always look abit unhappy.
