Usually I have to say Im happy & enjoy my order. This evening my chicken was burnt and so dried out!! I have taken photos and hope someone contacts me. I ordered the 6 peice family feast. Far from, as we ended up with chips & gravy. This was a family treat!! And doesn't happen very often as it's not cheap to eat out with all the price hikes. I would like to add. I contacted the ARDS KFC and thisv matter was quickly resolved. Thank you.
Very slow service.There were only 3 cars ahead of us but it took forever to get iur order.Also they have these 2 massive waste bins right next to where you collect your order from drive through and they were full.lm sure they can be mpved and placed somewhere away from where people are getting they food
It's KFC. You smell it from afar. You don't need chicken, you crave chicken. Typically go for the drive through but went in once and the staff were helpful and nice. Got a free cookie due to a long wait time. 10/10 would wait again.
Used the drive thru yesterday and experience was not good. Guy on the headset was so difficult to understand, started giving him my order and he told me the price. I said, no, we are still ordering and he said 'drive to the next window' I repeated that we had more items to order but he said that it was too late and to come over to the window. When I drove round he took the next order behind me then he came to the window and asked what it was I wanted to change about my order. I told him I was in the middle of ordering and he cut me off. He sighed and very rudely demanded 'what do you want?' I ordered and he told me I would have to park out of the way. Parked in the car park, 5-6 cars all went through the drive-thru, then they brought out our food. We drove off only to find they hadn't given us fries so had to circle around and go back out. Went into the store and showed them the bag, of course, had no receipt. The guy just said 'oh right' and walked off, reappeared with fries, put them into the bag and disappeared again. I love a KFC burger but that customer service is appalling! Burgers were cold too due to all the hassle! Definitely would not recommend
Better than usual this time, helpful, but a bit uninterested, staff. I've found this kfc has gone downhill over the last few years but tonight it was OK. Mind you I only had hit wings.Food: 5/5
Not enough space for eating-in, had to eat food in car a few times. Only one toilet and toilet roll dispenser is a nightmare to use. Food is acceptable most times I been here.
Saturday Night 30/07/2022!! The man who I can only think was the manager or supervisor on the shift was running about like a headless chicken. He was clearly in a bad mood over something and it was very obvious to customers. My friend had his tray of food basically threw at him by this person. The other young staff member who was on the front counter was very friendly. Food was good. Chips were fresh and warm. Had to take 2 stars away for the bad attitude from the other guy.
Used to be good but in the last 7 months the KFC top management have made the terrible decision to change the chips from crispy French fry chips to terrible tasting soggy chips. I have also since discovered that they have brought in these terrible new chips in all the KFC branches. I wont be going back to KFC until they change back or a least get in much better chips!!
Took delivery of an order and the quality of the food was shocking, it looked like they'd gone round the tables and collected people's left overs and delivered them to me. The customer service was even worse refused to give me a refund because uber eats delivered it, I contacted them and they also refused. I may aswell of put my money in the bin
Called in for a takeaway, but decided to sit in and enjoy our food while it was hot, service from the young fella at the counter was superb all so received a complimentary ice cream Food: 5/5
