The staff didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting to order. So in the end I went to the s reens to order. The toilets were filthy.. and didn't flush.. all staff looked miserable. Not one of them smiled. I waited 32 mins for 2 burgers an 2 chips.. I don't think it was acceptable. The floor was greasy aswell. Wen the food eventually got to us it had been sat for that long the condensation had got round the box an my bun as wet!! Just not somewhere I will be returning.... wat a dissapointment
We went shopping to the Greyhound Retail Park afterward we went the KFC drive through it was busy when we called in. Our food was chicken strip box meals it was hot. fresh, and really well presented and very tasty. We enjoyed it. We served by a pleasant. We'll presented polite young lady. Excellent customer service Thank you Hazel well done, excellent.
Chicken was cooked OK but very little of it! We had six pieces of original and six hot wings. Three of the wings were minute...more like kentucky fried chick.... the original pieces consisted of five drumsticks, so small pieces really...and one other, which could only be described as medium sized at best. Very disappointed.

4 times in a row the order has missing items yet they put checked on the side of the bag. Clearly not checked. Most people go to KFC for the chicken and the gravey and every time they forget the gravey that should be in the so called checked bag. Also sides missing beans and rice. You pay for all this then go through to deliveroo for them to only offer money back for missing items yet the whole meal is ruined as you don't get half of it. Check the bags properly instead of wasting people's time and money.
As KFC goes, it was good. Service was quick, and my food was piping hot. The tables were fairly clean, the bins were empty. Food: 5/5
Never order from here, every time we have ordered we have ordered from here half of our order is missing. We love kfc however it’s a shame they can’t do their job, we came into this branch to get the food and drink that was missing as was met with the manager who told us just to not order from them again and not to blame it on them? Also chips tend to be quite cold.
Absolutely rubbish. The chicken was so oily. I could have drained out all that extra oil to prepare a better chicken in my house. The place was dirty. Not cleaned at all. No soap in the toilet and stinking. I will never visit this place again
Very disappointed. Ordered a 4 piece meal and got served with just drum sticks, when I queried it I got told that's all they had. Not good value for money. Not very hot either.
Horrible food, really shame to kfc brand, orginal recipe chicken was overcooked, greesy and had no juicy flavour. Everything smelled like too much of oil… food so terrible
